Hi there, and welcome to Thoughtprints. My name is Leigh (well, actually that’s my middle name) and I am a Colorado native, born and raised. I have a hubby of 25 years, one teenage daughter at home, two grown sons, one of whom is married, a perfectly perfect grandson, and five very special doggies. I love art, poetry, web design, blogging, movies, walking, and the vast, gorgeous night sky. There isn’t anything more quiet than snow, nor as beautiful as a Rocky Mountain sunrise. I once was a fairly prolific writer of poetry, but during my mother’s illness and subsequent passing, my muse took her leave and has not returned. I’m not sure if she will ever return, but in the meantime I have this blog where I can leave my thoughts so I’ll always know where I’ve been, and where I’m going.
