Bitch? Cry? Oy Vey!

I was in a foul mood all day. I have no idea why. Well, I have an inkling, but I dare not speak the dreaded premenstrual acronym YET! God forbid I should feel like this for the next TWO weeks! So, I was feeling like a bitch on wheels one minute, then like crying the next, so decided to surf a bit to take my mind off stuff. That’s when I found this:

The man who invented Instant Ramen Noodles died at the age of 96. Bummer! As reported by the Los Angeles Times: As recounted in his 2002 autobiography, “How I Invented Magic Noodles,” Ando’s eureka moment occurred in 1957, when he noticed a long line of customers waiting for service outside a noodle shop. He asked himself if there was not a faster way to serve all those busy-but-famished construction workers and salarymen who were working late shifts and overtime hours to rebuild Japan after the war. (as seen at Serious Eats) It’s sad that he died, but he sure lived a long life, didn’t he! Hubs and Son #2 LOVE ramen noodles. They eat them way too much. As much as I’ve tried to tell them - Hubs especially - they insist upon eating them daily. Plus think about how many broke college students sustain life with ramen noodles! Quite the invention he had there. Hubs will be sad.

Hey, I have a question. I’ve been seeing car commercials on TV advertising the new 2007 “crossover” cars. For instance, Saturn is touting the new Outlook as a crossover. What’s a crossover? And what did they cross over from? I’m confuzzled!

I have no more to say. I’m gonna go hit a pillow or something.
