It was 2 years ago today that Mom’s memorial service was held. I’ve been looking back at the posts I wrote during the time immediately prior to and a few days after her death. The one that touched me the most, I think, is The Story of Troil. Funny thing is, my husband and I just saw Troil a few days ago walking downtown. Then I read that entry tonight. There are no coincidences in this world. Troil had a huge impact on my heart, as obviously my mother had on his.

About The Author
Hi there, and welcome to Thoughtprints. My name is Leigh (well, actually that's my middle name) and I am a Colorado native, born and raised. I began Thoughtprints almost 6 years ago when I needed an outlet, and this blog became exactly that for me. This is where I vent my frustrations, share my feelings and talk about everything from current events around the world to the things my dogs do to make me laugh. I truly hope you enjoy your time here.
What a wonderful testament to the kind of woman your mother was.
