A Politician in the Class

I found out something very interesting yesterday. Actually, it’s kind of exciting! A guy I went to High School with is running for State Representative! He’s a very cool guy, and was a real joker back in school. A great sense of humor, and a real passion for the plight of farmers and ranchers today. He sits on all kinds of Agricultural boards, including one for Colorado State University, and writes a weekly column for several newspapers around the state, Sterling included. At first I was surprised when I found out he was running for office, but after thinking about it for a minute or two, I realized that it seemed like a natural progression of events for him. Now I REALLY have a reason to look forward to attending my High School class reunion this Summer! LOL I wish him the best of luck! I know I’ll be voting for him!

Oh yeah, his name is Jerry Sonnenberg.
