Let’s Try This Again

Oh man, you guys are all SO GREAT! The comments you left on my last entry made me smile big time! Theo, your comment made me laugh right out loud! lol *wink* Susan, I used to use xml to read my friends’ blogs, but I soon tired of it because I so enjoy seeing others’ designs, and with a reader you can’t do that. Patrick, I think you are so right about my dog(s)! LOL They’re really selfish like that. LOL Oh Kim, that would be SO embarrassing! LOL But those techies take all kinds of calls like that — I’m sure they didn’t think anything of it. To everyone else — THANK YOU for your very, very sweet words. You ALL made me feel so good! ((((huggg))))

I’ve decided I’m going to stop making “plans” to get caught up with my blog reading. Every time I do, something happens. I think I jinx myself by talking about it. My daughter became sick yesterday, and so did the motor on my refrigerator. It’s making the strangest squeaking noise (my fridge, not my daughter lol), and nothing we tried helped it get better. Good thing my oldest works in the appliance business — maybe he can give us a good deal on a new one. ;) My daughter is still home from school today (again!) with really horrible stomach pains. She had a friend spend the night Sat., and she had to leave earlier than planned on Sunday because she was having really bad stomach pains, so I think maybe Callie caught whatever it is from her. It’s always something! UGH! So anyway …. without saying too much .. *wink* .. I hope to “see” you all very soon!

Thanks for being such great friends!

Leigh, this blog is for you — to let out what is going on with you. Just because you don’t have the time, initiative or desire to checkup on all your friends all the time doesn’t mean that you don’t care about us. We go through spurts — some weeks I check all my blogs on my blogroll every day (sometimes multiple times a day). But there are other times when days will go by before I go see what is up with everyone.

“Catch up” with all of us (your bloggers) at your own pace. If you force yourself, then you aren’t going to enjoy catching up!

Your refrigerator is singing to you…no, that’s not right, it sounds like a squeeky belt. Mine’s been doing that for who knows how long, and sometimes it stops. Seems to depend on the humidity.

Take your time, Leigh. I’m glad you can post when you can. Enjoy the time taking care of your daughter.

Sure hope Callie is feeling better real soon. Tell her I said “hi.” )
Good luck with your refrigerator, Leigh.
Our freezer is outta action at the moment. Nothing too serious, though. Needs a new seal. Gonna give the refrigeration company a call after I’ve finished here. Bye for now! *waving*

Don’t catch what Callie has - doctor yourself now *lol*. I hope she gets better quickly. As for your time flying by without you noticing it, well I’m not going anywhere - will be right here when you have free time. I just miss you, that’s all.
