I Support the Makers of Excedrin
I had a splitting headache all afternoon and evening. I even went to bed for a couple of hours this afternoon. Headaches suck. Then tonight, my son has been on the puter for hours. Did I tell you guys that my son moved back home? The one who is 20 and in college? Yeah, he and his girlfriend were sharing an apt., but their lease was up and she wants to finish college somewhere else, so they gave up the apt. and he moved back home. It’s kinda’ weird getting used to him being here again. But it’s nice, too.
His girlfriend is in Maui right now, lucky duck! I wish I was with her! She’ll be back in 3 weeks. She and Dave talk on the phone (cell phones, thankfully) every day. Isn’t that cute? ;) ANYway, once again life has interfered with my plans for catching up with my email and blog reading. I hope you aren’t getting mad at me; I’m truly not purposely ignoring you! I’m not even going to say that I’m planning on catching up tomorrow because I’ll jinx myself if I do, so ….. forget I said that. LOL
OK, time for more Excedrin. (((Hugs))) all around!

Hi, Leigh! I’ve been pretty absent lately around here, thanks to work leaving me tired and a new boy leaving me giddy, but I’m still here. I hope your headache is gone by the time you read this. Take good care of yourself! **hugs**

Hope the headache’s gone. It’s a shame to waste a day feeling bad.
Enjoy your son’s homecoming. It’s nice to get to know them when they’re adults (or almost adults)

LOL - It happens to me too Leigh - life getting in the way of the fun things we want to do. Not to worry, we are not going anywhere. Hope your headache has disappeared by the time you read this. I have just been told about a headache cure and will try it the next time I get one. I believe it works. Boil water in a kettle and pour it into a glass. Once it has cooled, drink it. Apparently the boiled water does something to our bodies and it cures headaches. Too good to be true? Who know’s but my best friend and her hubby have both tried it and it worked so I will give them the benefit of the doubt until I have tried it myself. *smiles*

I don’t remember reading that your son had moved back in. That’s kind of nice to get some more quality time together before he’s gone again.
I think I just may try Michelle’s friends’ headache cure next time. It sure can’t hurt. Hope yours has left the building, Leigh.

Does Excedrin really work for headaches? I don’t get them frequently, but, nothing has ever worked for the few I do get.

It’s so nice to hear that you and your son get along well. It seems like when you hear of kids moving back home, it doesn’t always go so well! O_o Have a wonderful day in this arctic-like world.

I’m with ya Leigh, don’t know what I’d do without Tylenol and Motrin. Especially during “that time of the month.”
As a 36 year old with child daughter who just moved home to mommy, I have to say congrats on being so understanding and supportive of your son. I love my mom just soooo much.
