Well, I got my baby fix and boy, was it fun!
I got lots of cuddling time in, and planted many kisses on her soft, sweet, bald head. lol Na, she’s got hair — just not much of it! lol
One funny thing I wanted to tell you about — I was a bit concerned that Riley was going to want to jump on and play with the baby, but I was wrong. LOL He was actually scared to death of her!!
He didn’t know what she was — human or animal — and he was afraid of all the squeaky noises she made. LOL Wherever we were with Nevaeh, he was at the opposite end of the room, hiding. It was too funny! LOL
Lastly, I’ve been seeing the “Which Mythological Form Are You?” quiz all over the place, and saw it again tonight at Digital Daydreaming, so decided to go ahead and take it. These are my results:
You are Form 1, Goddess: The Creator.
“And The Goddess planted the acorn of life.
She cried a single tear and shed a single drop
of blood upon the earth where she buried it.
From her blood and tear, the acorn grew into
the world.”
Some examples of the Goddess Form are Gaia (Greek), Jehova (Christian), and Brahma (Indian). The Goddess is associated with the concept of creation, the number 1, and the element of earth. Her sign is the dawn sun.
As a member of Form 1, you are a charismatic individual and people are drawn to you. Although sometimes you may seem emotionally distant, you are deeply in tune with other people’s feelings and have tremendous empathy. Sometimes you have a tendency to neglect your own self. Goddesses are the best friends to have because they’re always willing to help.

The puppy books I’ve been reading says it’s common for dogs to be scared of small children. We’ve been trying to socialize Jackson so he’s not afraid of kids, but we don’t know anyone with a baby to see how he does. The youngest child he’s met (at Petsmart) was probably around 3-4.

One of our dogs wasn’t fazed at all when Isabel and I came home from the hospital, the other (Sioux) was scared half to death. But she was curious too, and now Sioux’s the one who comes running if Isabel cries or yells, making sure her kiddo is ok *g*
