My daughter has a very good friend who is, as we women say, large-breasted. She's only 14 and has an average body size and bone structure, but is very large on top. It's become extremely difficult for her to find tops, blouses and bras which fit correctly. I feel really sorry for her, and can totally relate. I've offered her advice and even bought bras for her, but they didn't fit well, either. So I was pretty excited to find a newly-formed garment size which is made specifically for large-busted, but not full-figured women. Women with an average body frame, but are large-breasted (D-G cup sizes) can shop their online store to find clothes which will actually fit them properly. This is something I am definitely going to tell her about!
Have you ever heard of Goji Berries? I hadn't, but after doing some reading, they sound completely fascinating.
Goji berries grow on an evergreen shrub found in temperate and subtropical regions in China, Mongolia and in the Himalayas in Tibet, and are rich in antioxidants, particularly carotenoids such as beta-carotene and zeaxanthin. A Chinese study published in the Chinese Journal of Oncology in 1994 found that 79 people with cancer responded better to treatment when goji was added to their regimen. Now that sounds pretty darn good, doesn't it?
You one can purchase many different types of goji berry products, including dried goji berries and Goji Berry Juice, in both mixed and 100% pure. From what I've read on the 'net, I'd say the site to which I've linked offers their product at very affordable prices. They also offer some really interesting reading on the history and benefits of Goji Berries, such a its antioxidant benefits and its use as an immunity enhancer and an energy level booster. Sounds like some pretty cool stuff!
Those of you who have been visiting me for a while know that I'm an artist, and very passionate about good art and the people who create it. That's why I am excited to introduce you to Russian Artist Victor Lysakov.

You will notice, when you view his gallery, that he uses a very vibrant palette, which I find extremely appealing. His expressionist style reminds me very much of the works of Vincent Van Gogh, Pablo Picasso and Salvador Dali (a few of my favorite artists), particularly his paintings done in Traditional Motif. His pieces are not completely subjective, though, as he includes a story with every painting, allowing us to peek inside the thoughts, feelings, events and emotions behind its birth. His subjects are "strange" and "weird", to be sure, but in my opinion, what that strangeness evokes in the viewer is an added bonus. As Victor Lysakov says, "New or seasoned, trusting or suspicious, frightened or fearless – I challenge you to grow bored with my paintings". Indeed.
I find his work extremely varied in subject, but very consistent in style. It is a pleasure to view, and draws you in the longer you look. I would absolutely love to see this artist's paintings in person! It is very exciting to have him showing in the United States!
