Fixing Up the Old Homestead

I mentioned to you guys not so long ago about how Hubs and I are seriously thinking of doing some Home improvements, right? It's exciting to think about for sure, but it's also kind of mentally exhausting. LOL There is SO much we want to do! Luckily we agree on almost everything we want, so that's one less hurdle. One thing we'd also really love to do is get replacement windows. We could really stand to update our windows and increase the fuel efficiency of our house. There are a few places that are kind of drafty, which is NOT a good thing in the dead of winter!

Wow ... our list is really growing. LOL Have any of you done any home improvements recently? I'd love to hear any tips you have to offer!
