The New Ways of Doing Business

My daughter's first shipment of High School subjects arrived the other day. We are very excited about getting started! I think the distance learning program we found and ultimately chose is going to be a really good one. She's totally jazzed about her electives, too. She gets to pick two, so she chose Psychology and Entrepreneurship/Business Marketing. She's very interested in both of those fields, so it's a perfect fit for her.

And wow, things sure have changed since I took plain old Business Math in High School! I can't believe all the things she'll be learning in the Business class! There are also so many great programs out there for business people to use, making everything from payroll to project management so much easier! This free timesheet is a perfect example of that. Can you believe they give it away for FREE? It's called Journyx Timesheet, and it actually integrates well with Microsoft Project, Quickbooks and many other programs. I just think that's very cool. I wish there had been things like this way back when I was interested in business. ;) Oh well, I bet my daughter will love it!
