Tracing Your Roots
Have you ever done your family tree? Or maybe had it done for you by someone else? I never have personally, but one of my husband's distant cousins from Canada did the family tree for the Marin side last year, and it is seriously very cool. It took him a really long time to complete it, as I believe he did it all by himself with very few technological aids, such as his computer or special computer programs. I wish I had known about Tribal Junction back then. I would have definitely recommended it to him.
Tribal Junction allows you to easily create a family tree. The site is very user-friendly, allowing you to automatically connect to trees of other relatives and see how you are all connected. There are sample family trees for you to view so that you can get an idea of what it will look like, and an excellent FAQ page. Best of all, it's completely free! Maybe I'll do a family tree of my side of the family. I've never met any of my father's family at all. It would be very interesting to go back and see who's there! Tribal Junction will make that a lot easier for me now!
