Thoughtprints

My sister was discharged from the hospital today. I picked her up and took her home. Turns out not only does she have bilateral pneumonia, but they also found she's anemic. They didn't say HOW anemic, however. They did some further blood testing, but the results aren't back yet. She couldn't remember exactly what they're testing for, but she thought is had something to do with B something or other and folic acid. (?) Anyway, she's home now, resting.

Other than that one bit of goodness, today completely sucks. Don't worry, I'm not going to bore you with the details, but let's just say I'm anxious to get this day over with, since I can't start it over. I'd like to believe that all the shit today was just a huge April Fool's joke, but I don't need to live in any more denial than I already do. ;)
