Ohhh, So YOU'RE the Crazy One - NOT Kim!

Have you guys heard about what Alec Baldwin did? Oh man! I always had a feeling he could be really nasty, and now we have proof! Apparently he was very upset that his 11 year old daughter, Ireland, had missed a planned phone call from him, so he left a hateful message for her.

"You are a rude, thoughtless little pig."

"You don't have the brains or the decency as a human being," he says.

"I don't give a damn that you're 12 years old, or 11 years old, or that you're a child, or that your mother is a thoughtless pain in the ass who doesn't care about what you do as far as I'm concerned. You have humiliated me for the last time with this phone."

He goes on to say that he plans to fly from New York to Los Angeles "for the day just to straighten you out on this issue."

But wait, that's not all! Listen to the whole message here, and then tell me you don't think he sounds threatening! If I were Kim Basinger, I'd have an order of protection in place so fast it would make his head spin!

What an ASS!! No wonder she divorced him! He's telling his daughter SHE doesn't have decency as a human being??? Um, no, look in the mirror, Alec!!! SHAME ON YOU!!

Geeeez, can you say CONTROL FREAK??? And uh, oh let's see, maybeee .... OVERREACT!! Crazy bastard.

UPDATE:
TMZ is reporting that on Wednesday, Los Angeles County Superior Court commissioner Maren Nelson heard the tape and temporarily suspended Baldwin's visitation rights. A hearing is set for May 4, where the judge could permanently deny Baldwin visitation or contact with Ireland.

Unbelievable! I can't imagine saying things like that to anyone, let alone your own young daughter. And he ranted all that into a phone message!
He needs to stay away from that child.

I think they should take the kid away from both of those nutters and give it to Brad and Angelina! Or Rosie. Or Melissa and Tammy. Anyone but those two asshats.

I'm not judging him for it. I've been through a divorce, without kids involved. It must be magnified a thousand when there are kids. A few times I thought I was really going insane, not just kidding or feeling out of sorts but really, totally insane. I wouldn't say I'm over it and I guess I never will be. I have sympathy for Alec Baldwin cause I bet he is totally frustrated. I doubt his real feelings are those he shouted in an impulsive phone call. Yes, he shouldn't have said that to his daughter. If he was perfect the way movie stars are supposed to be, it never would have happened. Poor guy. Whatever his faults he is there, trying to be there. Way too many other Dads just don't bother.

Laura - I know what you mean about the divorce thing; I've been through one of those, too, except I did have a child. My eldest son was just 2 years old when his father walked out on us. But I'll tell you what, regardless of how truly horrible things got, neither of us would have said such hateful, ugly, hurtful things to my son. In my opinion, that's just completely and utterly wrong no matter how you slice it. He was very threatening on that tape, and if there's one thing we've learned this past week, it's to listen to those "little warning signs". I sure wouldn't want to take a chance on him with MY child! No way! That's just my 2 cents. Or 5 ... or 10 ... or 1 ... or however much it was worth. lol
