Good Saturday afternoon to you!

Yes, I took the cookies away. Sorry. I was tired of looking at them and not having any. Those of you who have been visiting me for a while know how quickly I grow bored with my blog clothes. I change them often.

I got THE most WONderful news yesterday!! But first, I must preface it with a little background: When I started working at my last place of employment, I was trained by a gal who seemed kind of snotty and not real friendly. But I never hold that against somebody - until they're blatantly so, like right in my face! lol Anyway, as time went on, she and I became very good friends. I went through a lot with her. I also encouraged her to give a guy she'd been out with once before another chance, and guess what? They ended up getting married! That was very exciting. I was a bridesmaid in their wedding. :) Okay, fast forward to now, a few years later ....

She happened to see my sister when she was in the hospital while visiting her Aunt. She and my sis went for a walk around the hallways together. They ended up at the window to the nursery and stood there for a while, gazing at the beauty of a newborn baby. My friend grew a little sad, and told my sis that regardless of how long they try, she and her hubby can't get pregnant. *sigh* My sis felt really bad for her. Yeah, I know, you've guessed it by now, cuz you're smart like that!

She called me yesterday and SHE'S PREGNANT!!!!! I started crying when she told me, and I was screaming and cheering and everything else into the phone! LOL! I am SO HAPPY for them!!! So here's to you C. and B. - CONGRATULATIONS!!! (I always told you it would eventually happen!)
