Easter Plans?

Do you have any special Easter plans? We don't. It's been kind of ... difficult ... to make plans since Mom's passing. My kids are almost all grown, but I did tell my daughter I would buy some plastic eggs, fill 'em with candy and hide 'em for her. LOL She said she wanted me to. She's 14. LOL Some things never change, eh? ;)

I was talking to my oldest son today and we started talking about Easter. He said that he and his wife haven't really said much about the Easter Bunny to my grandson, so that's why I didn't get much of a response when I asked him on the phone if he wanted the Easter Bunny to bring him a present. LOL He's just 2 1/2 and you know what? I can't understand a word he says on the phone except HI and BYE. He talks a mile a minute and his parents can understand each and every word of it, but me? Not so much. He's SO adorable! I need to get some new pics of him up here, huh!

ANYway, while Ryan and I were talking, I reminded him of how he and David would LOVE to take their Easter eggs and re-hide them over and over and over again, taking turns finding them. He remembered. :) My sisters and I did the very same thing when we were little. So, maybe Callie and I will re-hide her eggs over and over this year.

Thoughts from others

Hey, I'm 49 years old, and I STILL re-hide the eggs a bunch of times every year. There are just some parts of never growing up I can't let go...

Hi Leigh
We had the bestest day (today) for Easter Sunday.
The weather was perfect, everyone was happy and (like every other year) we all took part in the re-hiding of eggs.;)

My day was a combination of work, rest and play! A little work, a bit of play and a whole lota' relaxation!! Ahhh, wish every day could be like today!
Happy, Happy Easter to you and all the family!! May your day be fun-filled and oh-so-sweet!
