I can't help it, you guys, I just HAVE to brag about my little girl!! Today was the last day of school, which meant it was the day they held their Awards assembly, and guess what!!! She got the Science Award!!! Out of the entire 7th grade class, the Science instructor only awarded 2 of his students, and Callie was one of them!!! Can ya' feel the pride? Huh? Can ya', can ya'?? But that's not all folks! Guess what else!! She was also given the Award for Outstanding Achievement for Academic Scholarship!!! (that's for being on the Honor Roll all 4 quarters!) Oh my goodness, I'm just bustin' at the seams!! Here, look for yourself!

Cool beans, huh!!! I just had to share it with ya'll since I told you she had been nominated for the Science Award. I sure am proud of my girl!

ANYhoo .... oh yeah! We're under a tornado watch until 9:00 tonight. First one of the season, which is really quite surprising, seeing as it's already the end of May. Usually we have a bunch of 'em during May. Keep your that nothing happens!!
