Do any of you ever watch the HBO series Big Love? I had seen the teasers for it back when it first started, and thought it might be interesting to watch to see how they handled the subject of polygamy. I gotta tell ya', it's one of the best shows I've ever watched. It has completely captured my curiosity! The acting is extremely well done by some highly recognizable actors, and HBO has handled the subject matter very well, in my opinion. Of course, not being one who ever really knew much about polygamy other than the occasional news story, I'm only assuming it's well done, but it sure is interesting. And funny. And dramatic. If you haven't seen it, you should try watching/recording the reruns and catch up on it, then watch the last 3 episodes (on Sunday nights). I just read they've been picked up for a 2nd season, so that's cool. Apparently I'm not the only one who thinks it's an awesome show. ;)

So how was your weekend? Mine was pretty dull and uneventful. Didn't do a whole lot except try to catch up on all the sleep I've been missing (and yes, I'm missing it again, as it is nearly 4:00 a.m. as I type this). Saturday morning I had finally fallen asleep, when just 2 hours later Pippin decided she needed to go outside. I got up to let her out, but my brain obviously had different ideas, because as soon as I stood up, I kept trying to fall over! LOL It took me at least 4 tries to get myself upright! It was like something was pulling me over to the right every time I tried to stand straight. I even fell completely over once! LOL It seems very funny now, and I really wish I had a recording of me trying to stand and falling over, but at the time it was pretty frustrating and even kind of scary. As my friend John said to me in an email, it's amazing what sleep deprivation can do to a person. So that was my excitement for the weekend. What was yours? :)
