Oh my, I had no idea it had been THAT long since I last posted! Wow, I'm sorry! To those of you who emailed to make sure I was still breathing - thank you! :) Yes, I am, and have been, albeit through a congested nose with some sinus problems of late, but still breathing nonetheless. ;)

Now if THIS isn't weird - here it is the 12th of November, 1:40 a.m. as I type, and it's lightning, thundering and raining outside!! SO strange! Usually at this time of year it's snowing! Weird weather these last few years, don'tcha think?

Not much really happening around here. The first quarter of the school year is already over, which is so hard to believe! Callie got her report card the other day and did very well - five A's and two B's!! She made the Honor Roll! I'm very proud of her, considering she doesn't even like school that much this year. At least she's still trying her best! :)

Oh, and guess what! Dave and his girlfriend, Betsy, had us over for dinner at Dave's house the other night! I was the last one in the family to meet her, so I was very excited! Tony didn't get to go cuz he was on a train, so it was just Callie and me. Dave made his "famous" pasta casserole, which is actually very good! They also served garlic bread and corn. :) It was all quite tasty! I wish I had taken my camera, though, because Dave, being so tall, had to get down on all fours to look in the oven door to see if his casserole was ready. LOL I mentioned wishing I had brought my camera, and suddenly there stood Betsy with hers, and snapped a pic of him. LOL I can hardly wait to get a copy of that! When I do, I'll post it so ya'll can see it, too!

Last, but certainly not least, I thought I'd share a couple Halloween pics of my precious, gorgeous grandson, Brayden John. He's only 14 months old and had no idea what was going on, but he still had fun! LOL He makes an adorable tiger, don't you think? ;)

That Snoopy dog with the pumpkin is something Tony bought for him - all on his own and everything! LOL

Today is my daughter-in-law's birthday, so HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Cindy!!!!! Hope you have a WONderful day!! And tomorrow is my sister's birthday, so HAPPY ALMOST BIRTHDAY, Kelly!!!!! You better have a good day!! ;)
