Thoughtprints

I am beginning to get a very sick feeling in my stomach over the impending doom due to hit the Gulf Coast come dawn tomorrow. I know people down in New Orleans. My sister lived there for 10 years and still has many friends there. She also knows many people down in Mississippi, and is extremely worried about them all. Her brother-in-law works for Public Service in New Orleans and must remain in the city to repair whatever they can, when they can, but will probably go to the Superdome when it gets too horrible. The rest of the family have evacuated the City. He says he is the only one left, so not to worry. Yeah, right! Here I am clear up here in Colorado, completely land-locked, and very scared. I can't even imagine how afraid the people down there must be. The talk all over the news about the potential loss of life is .... sobering, to say the least. Please keep them all in your prayers. They're really going to need them.
