Thoughtprints

It's 12:45 a.m., and I should be in bed. But what's the use when you just lie there with your mind traveling at about 1000 miles per hour? So ... here I am at my trusty puter. Well, not exactly trusty -- not these days -- it's become awfully temperamental. ;)

Mr. Riley had a haircut yesterday. He was terrified when we left him at the groomer's, but she said he actually did very well. He was mad at me for a few hours after returning home, but he has now forgiven me. ;)

So, tell me, have any of you ever been sitting there, all fine and dandy one minute, then BOOM!, the next minute you have a really terrible sore throat?? No, me either -- until tonight, that is. I was absolutely fine, sitting outside on our deck with my daughter and Riley, visiting with our neighbor, then all of a sudden, my throat was hurting like a you-know-what! Just on one side, though; the right side. It hurts to swallow, to talk, to yawn, to anything! SO WEIRD! I have no idea what's going on, but I don't like it! lol

Hey, I added some pictures of Miss Lily to my gallery. I will add more as I get them. It's less than 2 weeks now until she gets here!! :)

Well, I'm gonna go finish watching Part 1 of 5 Days to Midnight -- it's actually pretty darn good! ;)
