Upgrade

Moveable Type 2.6 has been released!

Yeah, I've downloaded it, but that's as far as I've gone. I'm nervous about installing. I'll probably screw everything up now that I have it just like I want it. lol I'll wait until I'm more awake. That might help. ;)

Thoughts from others

Well, my hubby says it's not hard to do... lol

I've never done it before, so I entrusted it to him. I was going to watch, so I could do it next time, but it was bedtime and I was exhausted. He says you just copy some files, and run a script. If you need help, give a yell... :)

This was my second upgrade, and I was nervous even though I originally installed MT myself. :) GeekGrrl is correct though that it's fairly painless to upgrade. The upgrade directions are very good, so read through that and then you just download files, ftp them to the right spots, and run an upgrade cgi script. Be sure to delete all the upgrade scripts from your server once you finish.
