OMGosh, just call me turkey, cuz I am stuffed! LOL I ate waaay too much, but it was sooo good! Hubby broke out the turkey cooker he bought last year, and for the first time ever we had a deep-fried turkey! Yummmmy! And of course my favorite, sweet potatoes, with gobs of melted butter, brown sugar and marshmallows (using my Grandma's method) -- oh man! Ain't nothin' better! ;)
How was your Thanksgiving? Are you stuffed, too? Did the turkey make you sleepy? ;) It's doing that to me right now. Hubby's already zonked out in his chair. lol I just wanted to say HI to ya'll, and wish you Happy Thanksgiving one last time! :) Hope you had a great one!!
((((hugs))))
Glad you had a festive time now only a few shorts weeks until Christmas when you can stuff yourself yet again *lol*

Ours was good! We had duck with cherry sauce, chipotle sweet potato fries, gnocchi and homemade bread, salad and too much wine. :) We didn't eat to excess but were all zonked out by 9:30. Even the cat. :)

I'd like to try a deep fried turkey. It seems to be getting very popular.

How quickly does it cook? I've never heard of a turkey cooker before -- sounds like a good idea.
Sounds like you had your fill and then some! Good for you.

Michelle, I know, huh! UGH! LOL!
Aww, D, that was so nice. Thank you, hon. I feel the same! :)
Leslie, it only takes 3.5 minutes per pound, so it cooks in about a quarter of the time as oven roasting. It's pretty nifty!
