I am doing the same thing for my site. I ordered 3 pounds of different flavors.

I forgot to put decaf on one, and the other two were decaf (damn this Atkins diet!) and Steve from the Flying Bean emailed me to ask if I meant for the third coffee to be decaf! Now THAT is customer service!
