So I saw the doc today. Turns out the virus isn't a virus at all. It's severe allergies. Damn. I didn't know allergies could make a person feel so sick. I told her that if it's allergies, she had better change my allergy medication cuz Clarinex ain't cuttin' it! So she did. Blood pressure up again. So she increased by bp meds yet AGAIN.
If any of you know where the road to inner peace is, would you be so kind as to let me in on the secret, please? Cuz .... I really need to know. Oh, and if you also know where the "off" button is for vicious cycles, I need to know that, too. Thanks.
I think, perhaps, TRUST is the essential ingredient for feeling peaceful. Centring is important too. When we learn how to centre ourselves, we are not affected as much by the ebb and flow of life. Positioned well internally helps us to weather the storm. Hugs and love to you, my dear friend. Wishing you a safe and happy journey to inner peace. You will get there!

AFFIRMATIONS an affirmation is a positive thought you repeat to yourself. Using affirmations allows you to select quality thoughts and implant them into your subconscious so that you can feel better and perform beter.
IN A NUTSHELL Our words affect how we think and how we feel. What we think affects what we say and how we feel. How we feel influences what we say and how we think. Hence we have a vicious triangle. If we are feeling low, it is easier to change what we say than change what we think and feel- it is easiest to give ourselves a fresh start by controlling what we say. Very shortly, what we are saying will start to have a positive effect on our thoughts and feelings. We will then have broken the vicious triangle and will be on our way to feeling better about things.
With all my love,

Dear Leigh,
Try Zyrtec and Allegra for that inner peace if Claritin isn't cutting it for you. Unfortunately, inner peace will cost getting a prescription. Claritin never did work for me, but Zyrtec works wonders. I've heard Allegra is great, also!
