I came across a call for help while making my blog rounds today. I had lighted at GeekGrrl's place when I saw it. Oh my, Sam needs our help!!
Sam is a beautiful 2 year old St. Bernard who was abandoned by his owners at a shelter after he jumped out of the back of their moving pickup (which is illegal here) and broke his knee. They could not afford to have it fixed, so they just gave him up. The shelter called Colorado St. Bernard Rescue to come pick him up, and now they are trying to raise the money for his operation. They need $2,000.00, and so far have raised (updated amt.) $1,565.00! Only $435.00 to go as of Jan. 17th. Yay!!
Come on people, help Sam! Idn't he cute?? ;)
